Cancellation Policy

OIC is committed to transforming lives through our evidence-based O-UT program, offering consulting, in-prison programming, and community cohorts. This cancellation policy ensures clarity and accountability, aligning with our SSA model and values of Personal Ownership and Honest Transparency.

Policy Details

General Cancellations: For in-prison programming and community cohorts, deposits are refunded if canceled 30 days before the start date. Cancellations within 30 days forfeit the deposit; further refunds per contract terms.

Institutional Cancellations: Must be submitted via email to Mary@o-ut.org with a written response to founder Ginny Burton. Refunds follow the 30-day rule above.

Consultation Cancellations: Deposits for consultations are non-refundable due to pre-booking preparation.

Community Cohort Refunds: Evaluated case-by-case. Full refunds (including deposit) if canceled 30 days in advance; within 30 days, refunds per contract and discretion.

Submit cancellations via email to Mary@o-ut.org, including booking details and reason. For institutional cancellations, address to Ginny Burton; expect a written response within 7 business days Refunds, if applicable, are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
